but the angel said, “Don’t be alarmed. You are looking for Jesus of Nazareth, who was crucified. He isn’t here! He is risen from the dead! Look, this is where they laid his body’ Mark 16: 6 (NLT)

Easter is a time when we acknowledge and celebrate the death, burial and resurrection of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. We know that Jesus did it all for us. He carried all the sin of humanity to the cross and paid the penalty for the salvation of the world. Along with the birth our Lord Jesus which we celebrate at Christmas, these events are the most significant and most consequential in the history of mankind. In the sacrifice of Christ, God has made the way for our salvation and the restoration of relationship between us and Himself.

When we celebrate, we ensure that the sacrifice that Christ made for us is never forgotten. It remains ever fresh and continues to bring hope, joy, salvation and restoration to all who receive Him as their Lord and Saviour.

Don’t forget to join our live broadcasts on Good Friday and on Easter Sunday so we can celebrate the resurrection together as one family.  Invite friends and loved one. Let them know that Christ is risen!

Many Thanks
