THE CURRENT LOCKDOWN AND CHURCH SERVICE GUIDELINES

We are grateful to God that the government has allowed communal worship to continue under the new national lockdown measures. This shows that the government values the input and impact of faith in the lives of the citizens. The government is also expecting that churches will do everything necessary to adhere to the guidelines so that we shall all soon see the end of the pandemic.

Stability and Success

Those who are planted in the house of the Lord shall flourish in the courts of our God’ Psalm 92:13 (NKJV)

The above scripture presents to us a vital and significant principle for living. In order for a tree to continue to flourish, it must remain planted into its place or position. Simply put, stability is a necessity for success in any aspect of life; home, career, education, business, government, relationship with God, relationship with people, character, and the list goes on. Stability results in productivity.

In the above scripture, and in the entire Psalm 91, the Psalmist is declaring His absolute trust in God. He has a personal relationship with God, and he is fully aware and confident of the benefits that flow supernaturally from this divine relationship, regardless of what is going on around him.
