LWIC was started in December 2002 by Sesan and his wife Dunni with 5 adults and 4 children.

The young congregation met on Sundays in a small hall in Burnham and in their living room on Fridays.

The Vision of LWIC is to build, develop and establish people on the Word of God by the power of the Holy Spirit so they can reach their full potential in life.

The church has grown into a vibrant and thriving cosmopolitan congregation impacting the lives of many; children, young and old.  With over 30 nationalities represented at LWIC, it has become an oasis. A place where many now call their home.
