In Luke 17:11-19, we read the account of Jesus healing ten lepers. These lepers represent every single one of us. They had a need.
Their need was to be healed of their leprosy. Every person on earth has a need. It may be a physical need, a social need,
an emotional need, a financial need etc. The bottom line. We all have needs.

Luke17:12-13(NLT) reads ‘As He entered a village there, ten men with leprosy stood at a distance crying out, ”Jesus, Master, have mercy on us!”

The lepers represent every single one of us because we have something in common with them.

WE ALL HAVE NEEDS.

We all have situations or circumstances in our lives. Sometimes the enemy makes you feel isolated from other people, that you are the only one going through a situation in life. That is NOT true. Everyone, bar NONE is going through something. What is also common to the lepers and to us is that we all have needs and circumstances that are beyond our strength and our ability. That is the state of humanity. From the fall of Adam, there is a need, there is a hunger that has been created in the world, and there is a vacuum that cannot be met by man.

Finally, what was also common among the lepers was their eagerness for a solution. They have needs that are beyond their strength. They heard about Jesus who has the capacity and the ability and potential to bring solution to their need, and Jesus did.

You can put your trust in Jesus today. He has the solution to your need. I pray that you continue to trust Him to bring an answer and a solution to you in whatever situation you may be going through.
